Hi, my first H4 EAD card was based on first name blank in passport had Given name as - “No name given”. I was able to get my passport/|797 H4/194 fixed with proper first name and last name. I have returned from SSN as they need EAD name corrected before replacing SSN card.
How to get H4 EAD corrected? Can I get it replaced before renewal or should I apply for both renewal and name update together ? Please suggest.
You will need to apply EAD renewal to get the name fixed.

Should I check both replacement 1b and renewal 1c boxes in the form ?
And what about field number 14…- Do you want SSA to issue a SS card? Should I select YES? Will they replace the SSN card or should I go to SSN afterwards?
Note: I aleady have a SSN from first EAD application as UNKNOWN XXXX
