Is there anyone here who has gone through or is in the process of requesting Humanitarian Reinstatement of their revoked immigration petition upon death of the petitioner? I have written to the CIS Ombudsman about the lack of timely response or the absence thereof, citing a few contributory factors, and have proposed a solution in this regard. In response, I have been invited to a meeting and would like to have more examples of this issue. Please share your experiences if you can.
You might not hear from members here as almost everyone visiting this forum is in the employment based immigrant category.
