My i 130 under f4 sibling category was filed by my sister (US citizen) at CA centre, in march 2018. Till now it is not approved. Can I know by when approval will happen?
I hope after the recommendation given by the presidential advisory committee to the concerned dept to speed up the family based green cards and other pending visa and to clear the backlogs, I hope if approved then the Family based visas will be issued within 6 months.
