I-140 and I - 485 concurrent vs sequential and risk of retrogression

Hello,

I have heard that’s it’s better to get I - 140 done in premium before applying for I - 485 because processing speed is faster. Is this true? I am a little concerned about the possibility of retrogression happening in the coming bulletin. My PD is 09/2014. Any advise on what would be better? I don’t want to miss on filing for AOS but at the same time was hoping to avoid a long queue.

You should file I-140 in PP and do concurrent filing of AOS if you are EB2 in India queue.
