am new to US and here since 4 months. my immigration legal representative has submitted my I-140 application yesterday by FEDEX courier to Texas service center. on tracking the consignment, i found it as delivered today morning. can you help me with what are the next process? any confirmation i would receive it from USCIS ? i was told i have new premium processing eligibility. would like to know how long it will take for my I-140 to get it approved.

As a next step, you will receive I-797 receipt notice. Premium processing takes about 15 working days from the time USCIS officer is assigned, opens your packet and start processing your application.
You can track the status based on the receipt number on the I-797.
