I-140 Application when out of country

Hello,

Currently, I am traveling out of USA and my perm is approved.

Can I apply for I-140 when I am out of country? Or will I need an updated I-94 to apply for I-140?

Your employer can file i140 even when you are outside the US. There is no need for i94.
