I had my concurrent filing done under EB1c category just before retrogradation in late Dec’2022. As premium processing for I-140 has recently been opened for Multinational managers by USCIS, I am curious to know benefits of getting i140 application upgraded to premium processing given dates are not current ? My Attorney is quoting $3k for the same (2.5k premium processing application fee, and 0.5k their fee).
Can you help me to understand proc and cons, and whether It makes sense to go for it ?
