Hello,
My employer applied for I-140 premium. I received receipt but it doesn’t mention that this is premium case. The fee and notice type mentioned in the receipt shows it is regular processing. Also, I checked status online and it doesn’t indicate that this is premium processing.
Can I expect I will receive revised receipt notice stating premium processing has been accepted? I am little confused as to why my current receipt notice doesn’t indicate about premium processing.
