I - 140 previous employer acquired

Hello,

I recently had my PERM approved at my current employer. During this process my previous employer was acquired by another company. Will this present any complications in porting the I-140 date from my previous employer? For my current I - 140 application, do I need to submit a new set of experience letter from my previous employer under their new name or the one which I submitted during PERM will suffice? Please advise.

The one you submitted with PERM is fine. You dont need any with the new company name.
