I-140 transfer from company A to B

My I‑140 was approved 8 months ago. I have been in India for the last 1.5 years. If I want to switch to another company in India, can I transfer my I‑140, or do I need to work in the USA for 6 months before it becomes eligible to transfer? Please confirm at the earliest would be helpful for me.

You should be able to use your approved i140 to transfer your priority date to new employer.

There is no such requirement of working with employer in the US for 6 months as far as I know.

Also, Could you please confirm, If I want to go for Visa stamping, do I need to pay 100K$ as per the new rule. I have been in India more than 1 year and 5 months.
