I-485 medicals rfe

Hi,

I received an RFE from San Diego Field office to submit medicals on 9th october, 2023, I responded to that RFE and USCIS has updated the case status that RFE response has received on oct 30th, 2023. Today, I received another RFE to submit medicals.

Please advise what should i do? Do i need to send another medicals from Doctor’s office?
Any one faced the same situation before?

I suggest to call USCIS and ask if the second RFE is a mistake, which it most probably is.
