I overstayer on H1B, few years ago. Does that period count in the 6 years?

Hi,
Few years ago, I overstayed on my H1B, by 3 months. I left US, and now, I am back again.
Will those 3 months add towards my 6 year period of H1B ?

If you are on another cap-subject approval, the stay from your last cap-subject may not be counted against your current approval.
