I130 filed by Green card parent pending, Will CSPA protect my status?

Hi, I am a togolese. My birthday is July,10 1998. My parents are us permanent resident living at Ashburn in Virginia. They filed my I-130 alien relative form (F2A category) on December 18,2017.

According to the Visa bulletin predication, my priority date may be current around december 2019.
My anxiety is that I will turn 21 age out on July 10, 2019.

Until when can I hope for my petition to be approved (California services center) ? Will CSPA protect my status ?

I think you are safe. Your CSPA age will be calculated based on a formula on the day the priority date is current for your country.

You should be able to get the Green card even if you turn 21.
