Is there any rule like the beneficiary must be in USA for 180 days post I-140 approval so that USCIS won’t revoke if employer requests withdrawal?
Can the beneficiary be in his home country for those 180 days and travel back to US and immediately leave employer in 1 or 2 months, without having risk of USCIS revoking it incase employer goes on to withdraw I-140?
