I140 transfer portability

Hello All,

I have I-140 approved (switched my employer post 180 days rule)in E2 category with my previous employer .Now my current employer is filing new PERM to transfer i140 ,if unfortunately either PERM or i140 with current employer gets denied will it impact my approved I-140 or will it going to impact my future h1b extension/transfers based on current I-140 ?

Please shed some lights here.

No, it wont impact your already approved I-140 and you may still be able to extend your H1B under AC21 beyond 6 years using your current I-140.
