Requesting your advise on this issue please. So my I765 EAD card returned to uscis due to incorrect zip code filled by my attorney (09/12). So we applicant raised e request (09/04) to re-mail the same card to the correct zip code. Yesterday I received an email from uscis reg the status for this service request . And I also noticed in the case history saying this service request is completed. But my case status still remains same . When I called and asked them they’re saying I need to wait for 30 days . But now I have no idea then why they close/complete the service request. Attached current status and the history .

That is their standard timeline.

Most probably, they have sent the card and it should arrive in 2-15 days.

Thank you ! 2-15 days from the confirmation email for the service request? Or 2-15 days from card returned date ?
