I765 I131 filing address confusion

Hi,

Can anyone please guide me which address to use to submit I131 and I765 first time.
I485 starts with MSC% and we are based off NJ.

I tried to find the relevant pages for filing addresses on uscis.gov -

  1. Direct Filing Addresses for Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization | USCIS – says if you are sending another form (which will be I131 in this case) send it to the address of the other form.
    So I checked #2.

  2. Direct Filing Addresses for Form I-131, Application for Travel Document | USCIS
    Here since I am sending I131 after having filed I485 the address seems to be Chicago dropbox.
    But then there is also this third link per which I should send I765 to Dallas as it is employment based case.
    But what about the I131 ?

Because you have a pending AOS, you can file both I-765 &131 at the below address.

  • New Jersey
  • New York USCIS Elgin Lockbox

Any idea what is the 3rd link I posted all about?
Who are supposed to send it to lockboxes in Dallas and Phoenix ?

Same question as above. I am filing only for I-131; based out of IL. Already have EAD. AOS pending. LIN receipt. Case was moved to National Benefit Center.
Does the Phoenix Address apply or some other address applies?
