I797 period is longer my visa stamping is less than one month

Hi,
I am currently in India, My I797 is valid until Oct 2025 but H1b visa is valid until sept 2024. Can i travel back to US. Is it safe or will i face any problem near Port of Entry.

You can enter the USA as long as your visa stamp in your passport is valid on the entry date. NO issues.
