I recently went on a cruise trip to Mexico and stayed there for less than 8hrs. I see my i94 departure record is updated but there is no arrival record. I contacted the CBP PORT officer and he said since it’s a closed loop cruise, there is no new i94 to be issued. He also said not to worry about the departure record in history. Has anybody faced similar situation? If yes, have you visited the nearest CBP to get it corrected? Any help/experiences are appreciated
