I94 expired awaiting Pending H4 and EAD extension

Hello Community,
I have my H1B valid until 2025

My Spouse H4 extension was applied before her I94 expired and is in pending status.

Her I94 is currently expired and is now in 240 day window until the case update.
I got another offer which my H1B need to be transferred.

I am wondering about her status now, will the pending application be denied or end up in RFE or USCIS has any automated mechanism that it knows of my H1B transfer to new employer and is in status.

If your H1B transfer is approved while H4 is still pending, you may proactively send the copy of H1B I-797 to the USCIS service center processing the H4 application.
