Hi, I was on H4 Visa and unintentionally overstayed my i94 as it was set to my passport expiration date, during this period i was going through complicated pregnancy, amidst these circumstances in physical and mental stress i missed to check my i94 and ended up overstaying by 173 days. As soon as i got to know I departed US and after my husbands i797 extension got approved i have applied for visa, I have upcoming visa interview this week. I have doctors letter which suggests not to travel during my pregnancy. What are the chances of getting visa and what can i explain to us consular regarding this issue. kindly help

Chances of H4 visa approval are good.
I would explain the medical reason and the mental stress which caused this, if asked by visa officer.
