I am planing to go to India for stamping in the next month or so and I will be changing the employer soon.
- Should I change the employer,

get the i797 approval and then go for stamping? I will be traveling immediately after getting the approval so won’t be having paystubs from new employer so is that ok?
- or do the transfer process after returning back to usa and get stamping from current employer for now?
As per your experience, which option is safer?
