Immigrant petition info in DS-160

For Q on DS-160 form “Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services?”

With the approved i-140, should the A# and the petitioner’s name (current employer) be sufficient? If not, what other information is required?

I140 receipt number, A number and sponsor name should be sufficient.
