Hi my friend filed h1b in premium processing and concurrently filed h4 and h4 ead for his wife. Now he received rfe for h1b. Will the h4 and h4 ead be still approved along with H1b approval or it will go in the standard processing pool?
Nobody van guess what will happen. It is upto the USCIS officer to approve all together or separately.
