Incorrect info in CGi profile- Hi all , does anyone has faced issue with incorrect information in CGI dependent profile(e.g Nationality, last name) and how was it handled by embassy official.
Information is correct in DS 160 and matches with passport.
I contacted customer care, but they are saying since receipt is already linked , they cannot update and ask to inform embassy officers during interview to honor any changes.
Does anyone has experienced this?
