Hi,
I have been in the usa for a long time now. Recently got my green card. Will be applying to renew my indian passport in october 2022.
I have not visited india in 18 and half years. I do not have an aadhar card as a result.
Can someone clarify if aadhar card is mandatory for the indian passport renewal application and if so how to apply for it from within the usa?
