I have to apply for my passport renewal, should we take both sides of i797 copy?
do we have to notarize both the pages if we take? incase notary adds “see attached” should we sign and request them to add in both pages?
They may notarize directly on the 2nd page or do it separately mentioning doc type and number of pages. Either of them works.
