Indian Passport renewal on hold

I recently submitted Indian passport renewal, It was put on hold and VFS is asking below letter.

"Please submit consent letter for printable Indian address to keep same as provided Aadhar card. "

I am unable to find any format for the consent letter and it was not mentioned in the checklist as well. Appreciate help where I can get the consent letter format or what needs to be done for the closure on this.

You can contact the VFS support to get a format. I have heard about this kind of letter for the first time.

I checked with VFS, they said to have our own format of consent letter and submit.
