On DOL site its say September Processing? You are lucky. Can you share your job title?

They are processing bulk of sept’23 but if you look closely, they are processing applications upto months Feb’24. I am hoping processing month will change to 2024 in next release at website.
why showing pending in status?
They are processing cases for September 2022. The immigration lawyers did mention that the time to keep an eye on is the analyst review - which happens to be still in Sept 2022. More recently people in mid October are hearing decisions.

As on the DOL website, they have mentioned that they are processing apps for the Sept month 2022
