Is it OK to have a slight address format change during reissue of passport without triggering "change in address"

Applying for reissue of passport from the USA due to expiry after 10 years.

My address is the same. However, the forms have change slightly in these 10 years.

Previous address written as:
111, ABC Colony
NEAR EFG SCHOOL, CITY
PIN: 111111, STATE, INDIA

In this current application, there’s no address line 2 or 3 to write the “near EFG school”. Instead, they’re asking for “Village/Town/City” and asking for “District”, both in my case are the same (CITY). So the new passport preview shows:
111, ABC Colony
CITY, CITY
PIN: 111111, STATE, INDIA

I’m just checking if this OK and does not constitute a “change in address” since the language/warning box they show in red says “address EXACTLY matches previous address”

Am I right in assuming that this small change still means that my address does exactly match the previous address?

Thank you

This is totally fine as your address is still the same, you are only omitting the landmark.
