Is my Priority Date current? please help!

Hello,

hopefully more knowledgeable folks than I can help me out. my Priority Date is 01/04/2022 I would like to know if I’m current for the “other workers” in “all chargeability areas except listed” category so that I may ask my employer to submit the forms i140 and i485 concurrently.

it is my understanding that right now according to october’s visa bulletin the “Dates for Filing” chart is the one supposed to be used to determine if my priority date is current and all dates earlier than 08 september 2022 are current.

can somebody please help me understand or confirm my understanding?

If you are born in a country other than the ones listed, you can file 140 & 485 concurrently as your date is current in final action.
