My current i94 wil expire on Jan 23 as per my old passport expiry date and have h4 validity till jun 23. But i have my h4 ead application in process. Now even if i renew my i94 using my new passport and get the expiry dates extended will my h4 ead card will have validity till my latest i94
Once you extend your I-94, send the copy to USCIS center processing your EAD so they can approve EAD inline with your updated I-94.
