My H1b expires in July. However I have renewed my visa using premium processing already. If I travel to India in April and come back before July do I still have to get the visa stamped or can I get it stamped the next time I go to India?
You may travel and enter the US with as far as you have a valid H1B visa. Visa stamping is not required after you change the job unless it has expired and you travelled outside the US.
