Many of you already have issues with VFS portal on adding a new customer. I have used all the recommended browsers by them . After getting a government reference number from SFO Indian embassy online apply for OCI re- issue , I am trying and tried a many times on VFS portal to add new customer for their online mailing registration and requesting courier labels to send my docs . Their portal system says the file reference number is not valid . Did several tries not been successful with the call center people , several queries made on VFS and no one is getting back . Please could any help me in this matter and how to get help ?
