Created new application but not able to “Add New Customer”, I am putting my Application Reference Number which git generated from Indian Web site into “Govt Reference Number” with other details.
Not showing any error but not moving any where. Has anyone else also facing the same issue or am I missing something.
i have been trying to submit with tatkal passport renewal [SFO] for an expired passport from the time VFS is active. No luck so far … the Add new customer module doesn’t work at all. I submitted multiple complaints with VFS… Also provided feedback to consulate… No Luck so far.
Nov 4th i sumbitted this issue, got email that it was fixed on Nov 5th
But they endup with another issue - Drop down lists not populated
I again reported 2nd issue on 5th, they seem to fixed that issued (though they didnt send me email, i keep on trying) but again endup with same add new customer issue.
Hoping to see it working by monday (I will keep try over the weekend)

Looks like the issue is now fixed, I’m able to add myself as a customer now.
Though there is another issue I’m facing which is that I don’t see a document checklist anywhere, this is to be signed and included in the mail package.
It’s working now. Change in Appearance form PDF has this default passport issue date as “April 21, 2091” This should be my current Passport issue date, right?
I need to strike off the date to correct it n get it signed with notary, right?
Passport is already expired and visa is also getting expired in 2 weeks. I am unable to file passport renewal through VFS as it is not letting me move forward from Add Customer link. What should be done? can someone please provide help? It is an EMERGENCY situation.
I am in similar boat, counsulate redirects to apply thru VFS & it is not working at all.

I just provided what was showing on Friday but later found that CKGS portal was compromised and it was handled by consulate already… below is the latest update
