Issue In tracking passport application form

When did embassy received your application?? And how much time embassy took?
Did you follow up.?

Hi in VFS tracking page , what “Applicant Reference Number” need to provide ? Should i provide “VFS Reference Number” or “Govt Reference Number (ARN)” ? i tried both and and it still giving “Invalid Input” error after 5 days of received application at VFS location.

Has anyone complained yet why vfs takes so long to open applications packages?
at least that will start the processing and reduce the anxiety during the period their tracking URL shows “invalid inputs”.
