I am trying to apply for H1 to H4 COS. As a part of that I am trying to complete I 539 form. I am using the latest version on the USCIS website but I am having multiple issues in Part 2 and Part 3.
- In Part 2, I am able to select checkbox 3.a but it doesn’t let me add info in 3.b and 3.c (effective date, change of status I am requesting i.e. H4)
- In Part 3, I check Yes for 2.a. but it doesn’t let me add USCIS Receipt Number in 2.b.
Not sure if its a result of any answers I provided earlier. I did File this form a year ago without any issues but had to withdraw for other reasons. I am still able to fill that Edition without any issues but not the latest one.
