I got offer ,company started transfer process, i have old i40 EB3 (Aug 2015 PD) New company agree to start perm process after 3 pay slip i know it will take around one year to get all done, i am worried if my pd become current in one year what will happen .Did i loose the train or whenever i got new perm approve i can catch with PD2015.Should i Join new company or not.
If your PD is current at the time of your mew PERM approval, you can file both i140 and i485 together at that time.
