L Dropbox - Received visa only for child

My dropbox appointment was on March 4. On March 22, application status for me and my spouse on ceac changed to “Administrative Processing.” I received passport of my child today with L2 stamped. But didn’t got the passports for myself and spouse. ceac is still showing “Admin Processing” for both of us, and cgifederal is showing “Document Delivery Information” since March 19.

What could this mean in terms of getting visa issued for myself/spouse? Thanks.

Just wait for few more days. As your child visa is approved, parents should also have their visas approved.
