Hi I am working for a MNC bank and moved to US under L1b and moved to L1A. The company did not agree to file GC under EB1 and looking to file under EB3 and hence initiated the labor/ PERM process. What options do I have to ask my company to file under Eb1. I have Been working with the same company for more than 10 years . Appreciate any feedback
You have to talk to your Employer and if you are eligible for EB1, they can file it.
It depends on your own skills to negotiate.
