L1B to H1B Change Status Grace period?

Hi All,
Working on L1B with Employer X (since 5 years and I140 approved)and visa about to expire by 03/04/2023 and Had a Consular Processing approved H1B with Employer Y.

Question: Employer Y , initiated COS in premium processing Can i stay with Receipt in case if it takes later then 03/04/2023(I-94 expiry date) ?
Any grace period works in this case? suggestions appriciated.

While the COS is under processing and your I-94 expires, you may keep living in the US. The period between I-94 expiry and the COS approval is considered period of authorized stay.
