Hi All,
I am currently on L1B visa which is expiring in August this year. My wife is on H1B visa and her I140 is not yet approved. I am planning to apply for H4 now and travel to my home country in July/August to get H4 stamping. On re-entry in US, I am planning to apply for COS in premium processing from H4 to F1 and join Day 1 CPT program.
Anything I need to be aware of this plan ?
