Hi, Though I797 end date is 20th April 2023 I have a I94 date as Feb 20th 2025 at Port of entry. But my spouse and kid who are in L2 visa have I94 date as 20th April 2023 as per I797 end date. Please confirm how I94 can be extended for spouse and Kid. Whether I need to file for an extension again though my I94 date is still valid but not for spouse and Kid.
You can file extension of status for your L2 dependents within 180 days of their I-94 expiry.
