Marriage Certificate and Birth Certificate requirement for Adult passport

Hi,

I need to apply for my passport renewal and my current passport already has my spouse name added and no changes are required in that. So in that case do I need to send Marriage certificate copy along with passport application?

Also do I need to send Birth Certificate with application and what if Birth Certificate is in regional language and not in English? However there is no change required in birthdate or any other information from current passport.

If no change(s) required in existing details then no need to send Birth Certificate. Marriage Certificate is required only in case the address is in spouse’s name. Else, not required.
