Multiple H1 transfers

Hi Anil,
My current H1B I94 is valid until Feb 2026 and I have two offers say from Company A and B. I have my I140 approved as well. Below are my questions:
a) Can I initiate H1 transfer with both employers simultaneously?
b) If the transfer to company A is rejected, will it have any impact to H1 transfer to company B?
c) Assuming both the transfers are approved, I hope it’s my wish to join any employer post approval…?
