My I-140 has been approved; can I immediately change employers and apply for H4 EAD with the new employer?

My I140 got just approved. Can I move without staying 180 days to a new employer (my old employer might not withdraw it)

Can I apply for h4EAD for my wife with a new employer, or do I have to wait until I140 is approved by a new employer as well?

If the employer withdraws, then, you might get in trouble.

This i140 can be used to apply H4 EAD.
