My role on the perm(sr QAE) is different than current role (QAE). Perm and I-140 is approved but attroney is not filing my I485 eventhough my PD is current because my role is not Sr QAE. All the roles and responbilities are matching for both the roles, is there any restrictions to file I485? Please suggest.
PERM/GC job is a future job and has nothing to do with your current job role. Hire another attorney and have them file AOS asap if your employer is okay.
