Hello everyone,
I’m a student currently facing a situation where my passport has expired. I’ve submitted it for renewal at the Atlanta consulate, but there’s a requirement from VFS for an additional document, specifically the Appearance Change Form, which needs to be notarized. My residence address is in Florida.
However, I’m currently in Ohio and won’t be able to return to Florida within the 20-day timeframe required by VFS. I’m wondering if it’s possible for me to have the document notarized here in Ohio and then send it to VFS.
