I left tcs Canada and joining same client after 4 months gap . Is there any legal issues arise due to this?
Did you sign any agreement with TCS Canada with respect to joining the client?
Yes I did it to have gap of minimum 6months
Then, read that agreement to understand what action they can take.
Most client companies do honor these contracts these days.
