I have a L1A visa expired 14 months ago and I am applying for B1 this time. I fulfil all other interview waiver requirements.
Still, I am not able to see the question "Did your previous visa (except B1/B2, B1 or B2) expire within the last 48 months?
Instead, I see the old question “Do you have a previous B1 visa?” and if I say no it takes me to OFC/Consular appt.
Anyone faced this issue and how to resolve it.
